3,200 sq foot off-grid residence. The granite shaped boulders of the area was the main inspiration for the building. The structure is a series of geometric shapes, a trapezoid folding up out of the ground and a cylinder perched above the 9' high courtyard walls. The main residence is three stories with 180 degree view of the mountain at the rear of the lot.
