This development project in Brooklyn, New York was an intricate balance of restoration and modernization. We found this three story townhouse covered in faux wood paneling, layers of vinyl flooring and corroded mechanical systems. We restored the original 4" oak wood flooring, plaster mouldings, porcelain door hardware and integrated new mechanical systems without disrupting the original language of the home.
