70,000 square foot traditional courtyard style private residence in the center of Beijing. The buildings above ground were designed to current landmark standards, echoing the charm and history of the ancient empire. The subterranean levels reflect modern day life.
Programming included portions of the house be dedicated to entertaining, a sculpture hall, an indoor lap pool, yoga room, hamam, spa, gym, wine cellar, theater, golf simulator, library, mahjong room and snooker room. In addition, we integrated two private apartments, each with 4 bedrooms and two guest suites.
